Merone Hailemeskel serves as the Director of Communications and Digital for Reach Higher and Better Make Room. In this role, she builds and executes the communication, digital, and outreach strategy used to inspire students to pursue and complete a postsecondary education. Additionally, she is responsible for the selection and management of the Better Make Room Student Advisory Board. Prior to this, Merone worked in the Obama Administration, NPR, and George Mason University. She earned a BA in Economics and an MPP from George Mason University.
